1. Keep it simple. Take a look at what some tanning companies have set up: Simple one person operations with only stand up tanning units. You do not need to copy, but you can respect how simple they made the operations.
2. Success takes time: Robin and I started operating our first tanning units in 1997. It was not until 2001 that we started to make good cash flow and profitability. And even after 2001, it was years of reinvesting profits and cash back into the business in order to continue the upward growth curve of success.
